"How exact are the listed painting dimension?"

In most cases, the given dimensions are exact. In instances where the painting are framed, the stated dimensions are within a tolerance of +/-1.5Cm

"What if I can't find the work I want in the Database?"

We have an extensive online database, but we cannot include every thing. We are happy to search for your specific need in our offline database, which may contain something of interest. Simply begin an offline search by e-mailing us all the pertinent information (i.e. artist, title, etc.), and we will get back to you with the pricing and availability information.

"Do your online images look just like the actual works do?"

We have done everything in our means to create an online gallery that is representative of the works. However, some images are very difficult to recreate exactly. As a rule of thumb, expect the work that you order to look deeper in color and have a much higher resolution.

"How long will it take for my work(s) to arrive?"

Orders will be shipped approximately 2-5 business days after the order is placed, and delivery times range from 1-3 weeks after order placement. After handing your order to the shipping agent, we will inform you of the shipment details. Delivery time will be vary with destination distance and preferred type of shipment. "What is the A&T Gallery return policy?"

A&T Gallery has a "Thirty Day - No Questions Asked" return policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased from A&T Gallery simply let us know within 30 days of receipt, send the item back to us (via DHL, FEDEX or UPS), and we will refund the amount charged for the item. There is a $15.00 processing fee for all returns unless it was our shipping error.

"Can you estimate the value of a work I currently have?"

We cannot appraise or give any type of valuation to works or paintings that our visitors currently own. The only way for you to get a truly valid appraisal on your art is to contact a professional art appraiser and let them see the item first hand. No appraisal is truly valid unless it has actually been seen. Other outlets to obtain appraisals or further information are private galleries, auction houses, and insurance agencies. Your homeowners insurance agency would be happy to help you get your art appraised, and if it is worth anything they would also be happy to help you open a policy on it.
